The details

What happens when my package ends?

Your workspace drops back to the free limits. Nothing is deleted — every entry, swing and building stays.

Do you count deactivated people?

No. A seat is someone who can sign in. Deactivate a leaver and the seat frees up, while their history stays in your reports where it belongs.

Are archived clients counted?

No. Archive an old client and it stops counting against the free limit, but its past time still shows up in reports.

How do I pay?

With an ordinary invoice, outside the app. Timzo never asks for a card number.
